MELINDA'S CHILD - ZEBRA ADOPTION
 We recently had a baby Zebra born 3 weeks premature at Papanack Park Zoo. She spent the
first very fragile 6 weeks of her life in the wonderful care of an Equine Veterinary Teaching
Hospital in St Hyacynthe near Montreal until being released back into our care last Friday
where she continues to do well. However, she incurred large medical bills as she battled
her way to becoming strong enough to return to us, where she will still need expensive
medication and round the clock care before she can return to be with her parents. With the
help of the local media and animal lover's like yourselves, we are planning to fund-raise to
cover the costs of her treatment.
